Intercontinental Alpensia Pyeongchang Resort is located in Daegwallyeong, a popular getaway spot for those who seek exploring in the mountains. The resort is at the foot of the Alpensia ski slopes and a 15-minute drive from Yongpyong ski slopes.

The resort offers a business center, a fitness center and spa facilities. Services including currency exchange and shuttle arrangement are provided at the 24-hour front desk. Ski storage, rental and lessons are offered at the resort. Property-wide WiFi access is available.

A wonderful destination for those wanting to learn how to ski

Our entire visit was brilliant and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to take their family skiing, especially if this will be their first time. The skiing is perfect for those that have not skied before or who are still learning.

The hotel is getting a little tied, but, the value for money is brilliant and you will still enjoy the hotel as the staff were amazing.

Not bad

Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were really friendly and helpful. Bathroom was great, with ample space between the shower and bathtub. Location was also rather near the Ski House and was a 3-4 minutes walk.

Extra bed was requested but not given- had to sleep on the sofa. Pillow quite soft.

Love it!

Here for a short stay, and love the bed, the room, the view and shower gel they provided. Friendly and helpful staff, love the short trail that's in front of the hotel. and a stone's throw away from the ski slopes. it's really quiet, away from the bustle which i really liked!

Overall it was an Awsome stay, coz we got to experience a warm lovely resort and snow showers????

Breakfast was all right. Location is very near from Jinbu station.

My shoulder hit the sofa back rest and was blue black. Sofa back rest didn’t have cushion like it supposed to.

The hotel is about 5 mins away from the ski area. The room is clean and the balcony view is very nice. The bathtub is very big, and I love the cafe in the lobby too, it's very comfy.

The shower cubicle can't fully block the water so there was a bit water leakage to the floor when we do showering.

Wonderful

Everything was great. The hotel is literally 3 minutes walk from the ski slopes. Definitely the best accomodation if you are planning to ski at alpensia resort.

Unfortunately, the tables and other surfaces were dusty. We were also disappointed with the air conditioning. In winter, the hotel only uses the heater. It was quite hot in our room so we had to open the balcony door.

everything with the stay was amazing but the one incident we had with the staff at breakfast.

most of the staff was kind. beautiful location. convenient location for snowboarding.

while we were standing line to get breakfast at the hotel. some of the staff did not believe we were staying on the property and asked for a confirmation of stay. they didn’t ask anyone in front of us or behind us. he seemed rude and acted like he didn’t want us to be there.

Wonderful! (with minor issues)

Off-season so very good value.

On the lake side the small fountains should be turned off at night. They interfere with the wonderful early morning bird concert. And you will reduce costs somewhat. Also, there was a piece of apple under the hassock indicating that it hadn’t been moved during pre-check-in cleaning. But we will definitely be back.
